What does homelessness in America look like? For far too many of us, it is the image of an adult, often looking disheveled and dirty, living on the street. Well, homelessness in America has a new face - homeless families are the fastest growing segment of the homeless population in America.
UnitedStates4Kids was formed so that these children, an estimated 750,000 under the age of 6, could be seen and heard. Now, there is hope for this underserved and overlooked population.
